The Hope Centre Is:

 

The Hope House: (24 hour emergency hostel) Serves residents of Pelham Port Colborne, Wainfleet and Welland

The Hope Pantry: (Supplementary groceries monthly to registered members.

Hope Kitchen:  Lunch served Monday to Friday at noon (except holidays) to individuals and families, including Hope House guests.  Adult drop in – morning fellowship (tea, coffee and snack served)

Koat for Kids: provides donated winter clothing to children and adults

Utility Program: Partial assistance to pay overdue hydro and gas bills

Winter Warmth Program: assist in the purchase of winter clothing and boots

Community Coach Program:-

Christmas Basket: food items (plus toys to whose with children) are given to individuals and families to help celebrate the  Christmas season

Literary & Basic Skills Upgrading: on-site classroom at the Hope Centre through the Niagara District Catholic School Board

Volunteer Training & Leadership Development:

Housing Stabilization Program:  assist in finding affordable housing, etc.

Kacey Lynn Fund: provides financial assistance to families with children to age 18 in need of health and dental expenses beyond their income and/or health benefits

Jump Start Program: (funded by Canadian Tire Foundation Families) provides opportunities for children to play in sports and recreational activities
